You have probably heard before that reviews are one of the best ways to sell your services! Allowing your clients to share their experience with you and your business can be 10 times more powerful than trying to convince someone why your services are worth the price tag. Which is why I’m sharing my tips for an easy review template to simplify your process.
So, how do you collect more reviews?
This is where one of two situations coming into play…
One…
You feel bad asking for a review because you don’t want to bother a client.
Two…
Your client says they’ll leave you a review, and then they forget to.
What’s the best way to avoid both of those scenarios? Create a simple template that your client can use to fill in the blank and create a review in a matter of minutes.
One of the most common reasons why photographers feel like they are bothering their clients when asking for a review, and one the most common reasons why clients forget to leave a review, is the amount of time they could take. If you can simplify the review writing process, though, your client could write a review in under 5 minutes and have it posted!
Next time you send an email asking for a review, include this fill in the blank review and let your client know that if they happen to get stuck on writing a review to just reference the template or simply fill in the blanks! The easier you can make the process for them, the more likely they will write a raving review for you!
“We chose to hire ____ because ________. His/Her services stood out while looking at multiple photographers because ______. Working with him/her was ______, and allowed us to feel _____. If you are considering hiring him/her then _________.”
