When it comes to marketing your photography services this is where you get the chance to use your strengths and passion to stand out in the market. Highlighting your unique business approach is going to be KEY. If you are not using your strengths and passions as an attraction point in your business, then you could be losing ideal clients who NEED what you have to offer. 

Why should you use your strength or passion as an attraction method? Because they are unique to you. If you are trying to stand out and not blend in with the rest of your market, then you need to play on the things that are unique to you. 

One of the best ways to do that is to understand how your strengths or passions play a role in your business and how they ultimately can make your client experience better.

Are you someone who loves to be organized and a huge planner/ list maker? Then you have the chance to make a blog post, free downloads, or even just informational content for your clients that included detailed lists that take excess stress off of their shoulders! – Plus, clients who are organized like you will not only be super thankful for your thoroughness in the content but they will also see so much more value in your services because they know that they will be able to trust you to handle things the right way if issues arise during their wedding or session! 

Example 2 –

Do you love Style? Do you love helping clients pick out outfits or helping them style for their session? You can use this to your advantage in a few ways! If you have a studio you can purchase unique pieces to go into a style closet for clients to pick from. You could also create a detailed PDF or blog posts on how to style yourself for a session – go into all of the details! Patterns, colors, accessories, give them all of the fashion tips to help them plan! Even better, you could do a “ trend guide” for each season so that way clients know how to dress to be “in-style” while also matching that season their session is in!

Example 3 –

You are a mom who shoots family sessions! You know that while you love your kids to death, they can be a handful to deal with during sessions – but I bet you have a few secret tricks you can tell other moms about when it comes to prepping their families for sessions! Share that experience! Use your knowledge to gain trust and become more valuable in your client’s eyes!
