Have you had that little voice in the back of your head saying that it might be time for you to hire a coach for your business? If so, there might be a lot of fear around making this investment, especially if you haven’t made it large Investments for your business before. You want to make sure that this is the right time and that you truly do need the help you think you need to invest in. 

Here are three questions to ask yourself to make sure it is the right time to move forward!

 1. Am I stuck?

If you are currently feeling stuck in your business and like you just don’t know which way to turn next, You definitely are in need of someone who you can talk to! From bouncing ideas off of  someone and to geting an outsider’s perspective on your business, it can be a huge help!. There are a lot of things that a coach can see about your business that you cannot see because you are in the weeds of your business every single day. Having an outsider’s perspective is huge when it comes to being able to know when to pivot and what steps to take next.

 2. Is fear holding you back?

Are you ready to take the next big leap in your business but you can feel a little bit of fear that creeps in every single time you start to make plans. If so, then you need someone who can encourage you, call you out when you’re letting fear take over,  and someone who has been through what you are going through already so that way they can help you navigate any twists and turns that might come up.  If fear is the only thing holding you back from going after a bigger goal or dream for your business, then it’s time to make the jump into getting a coach.

 3. Do Logistics freak you out?

Are you planning a big project, but the logistics of it feel overwhelming? Do you want to do something huge in your business, but you just don’t know how to execute it and see success? If that’s you, then yes, it is time to get a coach. Having a coach is going to allow you to be able to prioritize your time, learn what needs to be done to hit your goals, and your coach can help you and navigate your to-do list to make sure that you are doing the right things at the right time in order to hate your goals without overwhelm.  Plus, the great thing is coaches have typically already gone through the things that you were trying to build or create in your business. That means that we know the things you do need and don’t need to see success.
