Valerie and Jordan’s engagement session Sunday evening in Downtown Tampa is definitely a new favorite! Their first session got rained out a few weeks ago, so I had my fingers crossed tightly that the rain would hold off just long enough for us to get at least part of their session in! Though it was a little gloomy out, not one drop of rain fell the entire time!
When we started planning their session Valerie knew she wanted it to feel more like a romantic date night – which I loved! We searched all over for small bistros and restaurants but when we couldn’t find just the right thing we decided to create our own version of this “date night”! This rooftop is one of my favorites to shoot so I knew it would make the perfect backdrop for their session! I borrowed a small bistro table from my mom ( who also put together the gorgeous centerpiece for us! ), and Valerie and Jordan brought the wine! It was the perfect little set up for their session!
These two were so much fun to photograph and I have SO many favorites! I can’t wait for their big Italian wedding in October at Barrington Hill Farms!!
