Kristie and Nick’s wedding day at the Reunion Resort in Orlando has definitely become an all new favorite of mine! Kristie planned every aspect of their big day perfectly! I knew the second that I arrived that this blog post would be HUGE and I tried my best to pick my absolute favorites, but they are basically all my favorites! Instead of renting a traditional venue, Kristie and Nick decided to rent a large vacation home in Reunion that would not only function as their venue but also someplace for all of their family and friends to stay! Kriste’s family had traveled in from Virginia, and Nick’s family and friends traveled all the way from the UK – so they wanted to make sure they got to spend plenty of time with the people they loved!

Kristie was such a classic bride and that showed through in everything she did!  From her simple gold and silver details, black bridesmaids dresses, and green and white florals; every detail complimented one another perfectly! As Kristie slipped into her gown, there were tears all around from her bridesmaids! Everyone was so happy for Kristie, and just loved getting to see her as a stunning bride! (  Her getting ready images are insanely gorgeous! )

When it finally came time for the ceremony, Kristie was escorted by her father down the main staircase in the home, out the sliding glass doors, and down the aisle to Nick. Her entrance was one that I will never forget! It was so elegant and truly the best way to start a ceremony! Nick and Kristie said “I do”  on the lanai overlooking the golf course, and it was an absolutely gorgeous ceremony! There were SO many tears and smiles from friends and family!

Once the ceremony was over, we rushed around to get portraits done trying hard to beat the rain! Their bridal party was SO amazing and they were such an easy bridal party to  worked with! They were all so sweet and we knocked out these photos in record time! Finally it was time for Nick and Kristie to go off on their own for portraits as husband and wife, and they were beaming with happiness over the fact that they were finally married!

As we walked into the reception room to capture a few quick details we were stunned at how gorgeous, and completely different,  the ceremony space now looked! ( it was gorgeous before, but the reception was a whole new level! ) The reception was filled with tears, laughs, and reminiscing on memories. From speeches from both fathers, bridesmaids, best man, and even the groom; you could tell just how much everyone in that room meant to each other!

Kristie and Nick, thank you so much for allowing me to capture your gorgeous wedding day! You two are SO sweet and I loved getting to celebrate with you and your family! Congratulations Mr and Mrs Jones!
