Alex and John’s engagement session on Sunday was absolutely perfect! I love getting to meet with my couples for their engagement session and chat all about their wedding plans while getting to know them ,and their fur babies, before the big day arrives!! Alex and John were amazing and handled the cold, overcast spring day perfectly! I was secretly hoping for a warm spring day filled with blooming flowers, but a cold front decided to change those plans last minute!!

This was my first time shooting in the Duluth area and I LOVED it! Alex and John decided to start their session at McDaniel Farm Park and I absolutely loved this little park! I had no idea it existed but it may of just became a new favorite spot of mine!! Plus, they had a few blooming flowers and trees that I was hoping we would find during our session! Once we finished at the park, we headed down to the historic downtown area and finished their session with all of the gorgeous historic buildings in the background! Downtown Duluth has one of the cutest downtowns that is filled with light colored buildings – which matches my photography style perfectly!
